Children Today, Christian Leaders Tomorrow

Each Sabbath morning, Independence Seventh-day Adventist offers Sabbath school for three age groups: 0-5, 6-11, and 12 and up. This hour of active learning is geared to support each child's stage of faith development. In addition, children and youth often play an important part of the worship service through music and other forms of involvement.

Children & Youth Programs

Youth Outings: Youth outings are planned throughout the year that engage the kids in fun, wholesome activities. Past outings have included both local activities and extended activities, like an annual trip to Branson!

Missions: At Independence Seventh-day Adventist, the children and youth are actively engaged in missions and giving. Each year, the children raise money for missions projects and choose how that money will be spent to share compassion and God's love throughout the local, national and international community.

Coming Soon
Pathfinder Club: Pathfinder Club will be coming to Independence Seventh-day Adventist Church! Pathfinder is a recreational and spiritual program designed for youth ages 10-15. It offers action, adventure, and group activities that teach team spirit and loyalty to the church. Your children will love Pathfinder Club, especially the annual Camporee!
